The Greenwich Partnership works alongside a number of organisations aiming to bring benefits to the local and business communities in the Borough.

Greenwich Community Network

The Greenwich Community Network (GCN) gives local people a voice to make their views known and brings local communities together.

The network provides a channel for local people to contribute to the Greenwich Strategy and the development of the Local Area Agreement (LAA).

The GCN elects representatives onto the Greenwich Partnership Board ensuring the community become involved in developing local plans and strategies.

South-East London Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber has served in Greenwich since 1917 and aims to improve the borough's business climate while promoting the civic and social interest.

Local businesses have six seats on the Greenwich Partnership Board, three of which are nominated by the Chamber.

Public Services Forum

The Public Services Forum provides the opportunity for all public service providers in the Borough to meet regularly, discuss strategic issues, agree to common targets and improve the services they provide for the people of Greenwich.

The Police, Primary Care Trust, Job Centre Plus, Probation Service, Education and Training providers and Housing Associations are all active members. For further information, contact:

ChangeUp Greenwich

ChangeUp is a Government programme, aimed at supporting the development of the Voluntary and Community Sector over the next ten years. The programme aims to strengthen those Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations (known as 'infrastructure organisations') who provide support and information services to frontline Voluntary and Community Organisations (known as 'the sector').

The Greenwich LINk

The Greenwich LINk is an independent network that has its own workplan and priorities influenced by the health and social care needs of the people of the borough. Parkwood Healthcare supports the network, through funding provided by the Department of Health. The Greenwich LINk is hosted by Parkwood Healthcare, working in partnership with Greenwich Council.

GAVS - The new CVS for Greenwich

Greenwich Action for Voluntary Service (GAVS) exists to provide a strategic leadership role in representing the views of the sector. It seeks to enable, facilitate and promote models of excellence in the provision of services that support the delivery and development of voluntary, community and faith organisations and those that work with them in Greenwich.
